Captain & Chef/Stew Couple – 25m Private M/Y

West Nautical are recruiting for a Permanent Captain & a Seasonal Chef/Stewardess for an exciting Private, San Lorenzo New Build 25m.

The yacht will be based in the stunning Marina Di Rapello on the Italian Riviera all year round, which is nestled between Portofino & S. Margherita – so this role would suit a couple based in the area, looking to wind down in the winter months.

The yacht will cruise the Western Mediterranean in the summer months, so we are looking for a Captain who has experience navigating in these areas.

Partnering with the Captain, we are looking for a Chef/Stew who has vast Chef experience onboard similar size yachts & above & is confident in various cuisines, in addition to Stewardess experience.

Captains particulars:
Start date: 01 March 2025
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1 & 200 GT
Salary: 5 000.00 + DOE !!
Annual Leave: 30 days

Chef/Stew particulars:
Start date: 14 April 2025
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1 & Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
Salary: 3 000.00 + DOE !!
