Sole Chef 34m MY Private

West Nautical are recruiting a Sole Chef for a 34m MY.

The successful candidate must have previous yacht experience and culinary qualifications.

The yacht will be purely used as a day boat for the Owners and family, with dinners onboard for 10-12 people. Once a week, you will be required to provide a buffet style meal and canapes for up to 18 guests in port. No allergies or special dietary requirements, Fresh Fish, Asian and Mediterranean food is definitely favoured.

This is a small crew and therefore the successful candidate MUST be comfortable assisting on deck with mooring operations and helping out in other departments where required.

The vessel is based in Dubai until May and will be shipped back to the SOF until September. There is a planned warranty period of 8-10 weeks after the season, before the vessel is shipped back to Dubai in November.

Salary: 7000-8000€ D.O.E with 60 days leave
