Yacht Charter Manager

Job description

Due to continued growth the company that I am working with are now seeking an experienced Yacht Charter Manager to join the Management team. The position offers great growth potential and the ideal person would be looking to create a team underneath them.

Responsibilities

• In the role you will look to work with the existing fleet and to bring in new business into charter
• Be proactive and efficient when dealing with requests
• You will come into the business and look to grow as if it was your own company and be able to work autonomously   
• The position will naturally grow into the Head of Chartering
• You will hold a EU residence as the position is based in the EU and there is a working from home policy
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with the energy and focus required to actively develop the company’s charter activities

Qualifications

• A forward thinking state of mind,
• At least 2 year’s experience gained in the industry
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills
• Be able to communicate clearly and be able to speak with internal and external stakeholders
