Windstar Cruises are looking for a Captain to join our fleet

The vessel is maintained in a seaworthy condition at all times.
The safe conduct of navigation.
The safe manning of the vessel.
The implementation of Company Policies.
The understanding, implementation, review of the SMS.
The compliance with legislation and regulation that affects the operation of the ship.
Organizing and participation in emergency drills.
The welfare of the crew and guests

3/3 Rotation
Salary paid annually x 12 months in USD
Senior Officer Incentive Bonus

Applicants must have a Master Unlimited licence along with previous passenger ship experience. C1/D visa in hand is essential.

NEOP, Fam/Pers Surv (STCW)
Advanced Firefighting
Safety Training (4 Part STCW) - included as part of an officer's license Lifeboatman
ARPA (Deck Officers)
Crisis Management and Human Behaviour
GMDSS/MARCON-A
Bridge Resource Management
Valid CoC master unlimited
