Yacht Operations Manager

A yacht management company are seeking a Yacht Operations Manager to join the team due to there continued growth. For the role the company are seeking someone who has sailed in a senior rank of either Chief Officer or Captain on yachts – This role will oversee multiple departments and will also oversee the refits and project work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• You will have a clear and good understanding how a yacht operates
• Showing excellent organisation and planning

Qualifications

• Sailed in a senior rank of either chief officer or Captain
• Shorebased experience is desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
