Gaby Welch is the founder of HULA Wellness, an active lifestyle brand and one half of the duo that makes up the Health and Fitness Retreat. They provide a social media platform proving tips and tricks for yacht crew to keep healthy. During her time onboard she has qualified as a personal trainer and nutrition advisor. Gaby has trained crew, charter guests and the yachts owners. Her goal is to help yacht crew with their health journey.
