About Project Jubilee & This Special Day

The 110m Project Jubilee, also known as Y714, emerged through the mist this morning as she left her shed to the excitement of yachtspotters worldwide.

Dutch shipyard Oceanco is famous for their bold designs and modern approach to large yacht building. Although the brand is relatively young in the superyacht sphere, OceanCo are quickly becoming one of the most prestigious yachting builders in the world.

Today’s launch coincides with the Queen of England’s sapphire Jubilee – celebrating 65 years on the UK throne. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that the new yacht is anything to do with the British royal family, who gave up their own royal yacht HMY BRITTANIA in 1997.

We hope that Her Majesty is just as pleased as Project Jubilee’s new owner on this special day!
