In 2017 MYBA decided to relocate its famous charter show to Barcelona from Genoa. As part of this move, Superyacht Content was invited to the show as part of the press corps to provide social media coverage during the event. As well as live updates during the event itself, a package of content and social influence was planned to maximise exposure for MYBA.
In the run up to the MYBA Charter Show we ran a selection of articles on our superyacht news site, in order to generate excitement around the show. During the MYBA Charter Show our team walked the docks and flooded the airways with live updates from yachts and sponsors alike. Primarily using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, our aim was to give as much publicity to attendees and MYBA as we could – through video and photo updates across our social networks.
